We are sorry to hear that something went wrong with the product. No issue! We're here to help.

We don't offer RETURNS/ REFUNDS. We offer EXCHANGES only in case the product received by you is damaged. 

We aim to make exchanges easy and hassle-free so please follow the following guidelines & policies: 

1. Exchange Eligibility: We have a no refund policy. We only offer exchanges for online orders. A product is eligible for exchange only if your product arrived either damaged, broken, or wrongly delivered item/s. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it, unused, and with tags. Some goods are not eligible for returns/ exchanges -  any customized products & custom orders.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@mysahome.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided once we accept your request for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contactus@mysahome.co

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items marked Final Sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Damaged Products Process: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly contact us with all the details and the video on our email - contactus@mysahome.co.

To initiate such a claims process, we request you to provide us with an unboxing video of the package as you open it and pictures of the defect/ damage/ wrong item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and in such instances, we'll manage the exchange process, including the return costs associated. 

3. Time limit to exchange: To initiate an exchange, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your ordered item/s. You will be responsible for shipping back the products to us upon confirmation of exchange. 

Once you've shipped the items, please share the tracking details with us on our email -contactus@mysahome.co. This will help us ensure a fast and hassle-free exchange process.

Our policy allows for return requests to be made within 7 days including the day you received your order. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 4. Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned items and verify the damage and condition, we'll ship you another item within 15 days of receipt of the original item (in case the item is out of stock, we will contact you and can either send you any other product of your choice for the same amount or issue you credits to be used in future for the same amount). Rest assured, we aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
